情報源: Honda Invests in Grab, Promising Driver Education and Bike Safety – Saigoneer Saigoneerの記事によるとホンダがGrabに出資をするようです。 街中でもGrabBikeをよく見るようになりましたが、数が増えるにつれてドライバーの質が低下し始めているように思います。 昨日乗ったGrabBikeは、そんなに道路が混んでいるわけでもないのに反対車線を逆行、赤信号を無視というとんでもないバイクで、Grab星マーク１つとクレームをつけたところ、以下のような回答が戻ってきました。 Thank you for using Grab and spending time to send us feedback. Please note that here in Grab we wish to provide customers with the best service possible and feedback like yours would help us a lot in the progress. We are really sorry about your unpleasant experience in booking XXXXXXX due to the driver’s unprofessional and rough driving. Please be informed that we value each of our customers and your safety is always our top priority. We would carefully look into this matter and have adequate penalties imposed on the driver for his
