【無水鍋】栗の炊き込みご飯

街中で見つけた焼き栗屋台に交渉して生栗を譲ってもらい、無水鍋で栗の炊き込みごはんに挑戦しました。ベトナムに来てから食べたことはなかったので、栗ご飯を食べるのは十数年ぶりです。
