【無水鍋】豚肉の角煮

2021/05/16

無水鍋を使って豚肉の角煮を作りました。今回は加熱調整がうまくいかず火が通り過ぎてしまいました。2時間近く煮込みましたが、豚肉も大根も最初の半分近いサイズに小さくなるので、大きめにカットするべきでした。
