表面カリカリで中面ジューシー。確かにうまかった守破離の唐揚げ定食。

表面カリカリで中はジューシーというのがうまい唐揚げの代名詞ですが、サイゴンでもうまい唐揚げ定食を出す店があるとのことで、先日昼休みにタクシーに乗って行ってきました。 レタントンのヘムでもかなり奥にある店で、初めてだとすんなりとたどり着けないかもしれません。 常套句通りの味でなかなかうまかったです。大ぶりの唐揚げが3個。シンプルだけにうまい唐揚げは難しいのではないかと思います。フライドチキンではない、正真正銘の唐揚げでした。
