【無水鍋】蒸しブロッコリ

たまに無性にブロッコリを食べたくなることがあるのですが、COOP Martでブロッコリを買って来て無水鍋で調理しました。ポイントは茹でるのではなく蒸すことです。ブロッコリ本来の旨味が残り、身崩れせず、芯まで火が通っています。
