Phở Quỳnh is located at the corner of Phạm Ngũ Lão street and easy to find out. Many foreigners are walking on the street and this pho restaurant is also full of tourists.
In my blog, I want to introduce only really tasty local food and in my standard, this restaurant is not bad nor good. Yes, so so. But the pricing is around 60,000 VND and it is rather expensive with the local standard.
However, since many foreing tourists are here and the restaurant know how to handle foreign customers, I recommend this restaurant if you travel alone.
The taste is normal. Not bad not good. But expensive. If you go there with a Vietnamese, he/she may say he/she knows better pho restaurant. But still this restaurant is good for a single tourist. At least better than Pho 24.
