いよいよ雨季が明けたか？というような快晴のホーチミン

緯度が低いとはいえホーチミンは北半球にありますので、この時期は太陽が低くなります。
それが逆効果となって、ダイレクトに日射が入ります。

一年中で、乾期に入るこの時期と、雨期前の4月が一番暑い時期です。
