ハノイで少年の首が切断された問題が起こってから路上運搬に対する批判が増えている＞Bulky goods on vehicles: Death driving around Vietnam streets (photos)

ようやくベトナムでもこれらの路上運搬に対する批判が高まりつつあります。取り締まるべきは交通警察なのですが、警察の見解では「鋭意取り締まりを行なっているのだがそれ以上の違反者がいて取り締まりきれない」ということだそうです。

君子危うきに近寄らず、前方をこのような荷物を運搬しているバイクや車両があれば、すぐに離れることです。
