確か１０日ほど前にもドンナイ省かどこかで麻薬患者が脱走した事件があったばかりだと思います。

ベトナムは法律で麻薬類は厳しく規制されていて最高刑は死刑なのですが、それでも麻薬患者が後を絶ちません。

今でも9月23日公園の中に注射針が落ちていたりするので、我々が思っている以上に中毒患者は多いのだと思います。特に、タイもそうですが、貧困労働者が寝ないでも仕事ができるので覚せい剤系の麻薬が多いのが特徴です。
