Nguyen Trai通りに新たなLancaster建設中

毎日やっているウォーキングコースで大規模な建設工事が始まっているので確認したらLancasterが新たなアパートLancaster Legacyを建設しているようです。

この辺りは公安の建物が立ち並ぶエリアですが、一方、複雑にヘムが入り組んだローカルエリアでもあります。

都心でこの規模の土地が残っていたことも驚きですが、大規模な建築物ができることで周囲の環境も大きく変わるに違いありません。

建築会社のホームページによると地上33階、地下4階で419戸が入居するアパートができるとのことです。
