The Sushi Barが17周年記念

今日は昼ご飯に久しぶりにNguyen Trai通りのThe Sushi Barに行ったら17周年記念とのことでハイドロカルチャーのグリーンプラントをもらいました。

一言で17年と言っても大変だったろうなと想像します。今のように和食店が軒を連ねる時代でもなく、ベトナム人も寿司や刺身なども食べなかったに違いありません。

急速に変化するベトナム市場で常にトップランナーでい続けることは本当に大変なことだろうと思います。
