台風4号ニーダの影響？サイゴンは昨日から断続的に豪雨。そして遅いインターネット速度。

香港に向かって西進中の台風4号ニーダの影響でしょうか、サイゴン市内は昨日から断続的な豪雨。終日どんよりした天気で、時々集中豪雨がきます。

そして遅いインターネット回線。いまだに雨が降ると回線速度が目に見えて低下します。
