深夜1時半。夜を徹してサイゴンの高島屋は工事中。

サイゴンは夜も寝静まった時間ですが、窓外からは高島屋の建設現場から工事の音が聞こえてきます。日本なら騒音クレームになること間違いありませんが、サイゴンの静かな夜ならBGMのようで許せます。
