日曜日の午前２時ごろ、Binh Tan区のVo Van Kiet通りで10数台のバイクが数百台のバイクに伴われて路上レースを行っていたところ、Ho Hoc Lam通りとの交差点で検問に見つかり、それを避けようとして衝突事故が起こったとのこと。
