My office used be close to this stall and I sometimes brought back some to my room late in night.
Almost after a year, I came to this place again tonight and the shop owner surprisingly remembered me. (He don’t speak English)
Kebab is popular also in Saigon but it is still banh mi. You can choose pita bread if you like but I prefer banh mi more.
CMT8 is a busy street in Saigon and many customers are coming to this stall riding on bikes. Yes this is a drive through stall.
It’s a light snack but tasty enough. Actually many banh mi are chili in Vietnam but sometime I prefer without chili. This kebab banh mi is not chili at all and it is good to eat late in night.
