Cháo: Rice porridge with grilled squid scent Quán Cháo Mực 10

I’ve been come to this restaurant before and introduced Bánh Canh Giò Heo although my intention was to eat rice porridge.

Today I left my room early to eat rice porridge.
As it is also in the store name Quán Cháo, it is originally a porridge shop, but it seems to be over when the stock stocked in the morning runs out.

The name Cháo Mực initially imagined that squid’s fillets were contained, but the one that was in it was grilled squid. But this is quite good, and the burning squid’s fragrance is in good agreement with simple porridge. Normally, porridge is a monotonous taste, but I thought this was quite delicious with its flavor.
