After a hard working day, I did not feel appetite for dinner then I chose Bún Thịt Nướng for my light dinner. Bún Thịt Nướng, grilled meat noodle consists of 3 layers, meat, noodle then vegetable. This is popular noodle food in southern Vietnam and I chose the famous Chị Tuyền to visit.

Sometimes Vietnamese food has layers for example cơm hến famous freshwater clam rice of the middle Vietnam also consist of clams, rice then vegetable.

In addition to grilled pork, fried spring roll is a famous topping for Bún Thịt Nướng but I felt not so hungry at this time and chose only grilled pork. Little bit sour and sweet taste and simple noodle with vegetable is good for this kind of light meal. Although this is noodle without soup, you can pour a little bit Nước mắm on it and it adds smoothness for this noodle.

The restaurant was full of local customers and I could find foreign customers also. Bún Thịt Nướng can be get on street but if you don’t know where to eat, Chị Tuyền will be a choice.
